Guide to opening and saving files
Select any of the files listed to open it. It will open using the appropriate application if available. The majority of documents are held in .rtf format so they can be opened and amended in most word processing packages. Others are held as PDF files which can be opened and printed without being altered. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDFs. You can install this using the Acrobat Installers provided on this website or go to Adobe website.)
To save a file
When the file is open, select Save As from the File menu and save it to your hard disk drive.
In some browsers, the files will open in the current window. To return to browsing the website, select the Back button in the browser toolbar.
If you find that you cannot open any of the documents please contact us and we will endeavour to provide you with the information in another format.
