Learner:

My tutor marks my work and hands it back with corrections.

Learner 2:

I have no idea, I just keep going through the exercise.

Learner 3:

I feel more confident when I'm trying to use the computer at home.

Learner 4:

We do lots of things to check our progress but I like the activities that assess myself the best.

Learner 5:

Well I got the highest score in a test that we did last week.

Tutor:

I think the end product matters the most so I mark all of their work.

Tutor:

I observe them doing practical tasks.

Tutor:

Well they'll take CLAIT modules and the results will tell me how well they're doing.

Tutor:

I use regular knowledge tests to check they're understanding.

Tutor:

I make sure they're clear about where they are, where they are at present, what they need to do in the future, by using many different methods.
